Our Women’s Self-Defense Class teaches basic Krav Maga techniques. It’s hands-on education to help you defend yourself and may even save your life or the life of a loved one.
The main lesson taught is situational awareness: you escape every dangerous situation you avoided to begin with. If you are confronted, break out of life-threatening holds by an assailant. Learn a few basic self defense moves and how to break holds. A class that should be taken then practiced again and again.
